Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS professional to support a large-scale construction project in Cambridge, MA.

You will enforce site safety, perform hazard assessments, and drive continuous improvement across all phases from base build to commissioning. You will conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, deliver toolbox talks and training, and ensure OSHA and client standards are met.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years on Construction Safety Experience.
• Experience in cleanroom, microchip or semiconductor preferred.
• OSHA 30.
• OSHA 500.
• OSHA 510.
• BCSP Certification Preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Support incident investigations and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and project-specific safety standards.
• Collaborate with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
