Job summary

Kellanova—Blue Anchor, NJ plant—is seeking an Environmental Health Safety and Security Manager to foster a culture of safety, ensure compliance, and drive hazard prevention initiatives at the Blue Anchor Eggo plant. You will lead training, manage EHS programs, and collaborate across teams to reduce risks and injuries.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory familiarity (OSHA/EPA), and robust data-driven EHS practices in a diverse manufacturing environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership, training, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience and/or familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and plant specific software systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical resource for plant safety and environmental compliance.
• Ensure accurate EHS recordkeeping, document management, and case management; prepare and submit required records and reports.
• Lead and collaborate on safety and environmental programs with focus on preventative culture and proactive hazard mitigation.
• Track, report, and analyze EHS performance; manage site EHS programs and support leadership with problem-solving to achieve results.
