• Coordinate training on safety protocols, OSHA compliance, first aid, CPR, and workers' comp laws.
• Manage workers' compensation claims per applicable laws and policies.
• Ensure health standards by monitoring exposure levels and control measures.
• Maintain documentation of safety records, inspections, trainings, and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies on environmental/occupational health issues.
• Promote safety awareness through campaigns and employee engagement.
