Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to support safety compliance and continuous improvement in our manufacturing environment. You will assist the HSE manager in implementing safety programs, conducting training, and maintaining OSHA/EPA compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of safety standards, regulatory awareness, and experience in training. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an EHS role within manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and occupational health practices.
• Experience in training & development related to EHS topics.
• Proficiency in report writing with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide training and development programs for employees on topics such as first aid, CPR, OSHA regulations, and occupational health practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes; prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to promote a proactive approach to workplace safety; facilitate communication regarding safety concerns.
• Monitor changes in environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
