Job summary

Panelmatic-Inc.-1 seeks a Health, Safety, and Environment Technician to support the HSE program in a manufacturing setting. You will assist with implementing safety programs, conducting training, and ensuring OSHA/EPA and 5S compliance while promoting a culture of health and safety.

The role emphasizes inspections, training delivery, incident investigations, and collaboration with management. Applicants with manufacturing EHS background and First Aid/CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in environmental health and safety practices in manufacturing.
• Responsible for implementing safety programs and conducting training.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and 5S programs.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and 5S advantageous.
• Proven experience in an EHS role is preferred.
• Proficiency in report writing and communicating complex information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide training on first aid, CPR, OSHA regulations, and health practices.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to promote proactive safety and communicate safety concerns.
