Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems II LLC is seeking an EHS Professional to enhance safety, health, and environmental performance in a manufacturing setting. You will lead risk management aligned with corporate EHS programs and ISO standards, driving audits, training, and continuous improvement.

You will conduct risk assessments, manage waste and chemical streams, and coordinate incident investigations to prevent injuries and environmental incidents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general EHS experience.
• Prefer 1–3 years in automotive environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS risk management program aligned with YF iOS and YFIMS.
• Conduct safety, fire, environmental and ergonomic assessments.
• Define controls to reduce risks and exposures.
• Manage waste streams and chemical streams; support audits and ISO processes.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes; participate in corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver safety and environmental training.
• Ensure equipment complies with EHS requirements and permits.
• Coordinate EHS objectives and drive continuous improvement.
