Job summary

The role focuses on reducing occupational injuries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading EHS risk management through ISO processes and YF iOS/YFIMS systems. Expect collaboration with regulators, teams, and external partners to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general EHS experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and plants.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EHS regulations and ISO45001 familiar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety, fire risks/env aspects and ergonomic assessments.
• Define controls to reduce risks and exposure.
• Enter incidents and audit results into EHSIS.
• Lead EHS training and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate safety programs and annual environmental training.
• Investigate accidents and determine root causes.
• Support ISO 45001 certification activities.
• Maintain and track EHS KPI data and leading indicators.
