Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, fire and environmental assessments and determine risk controls.
• Coordinate EHS training and compliance activities for plant staff.
• Enter incidents and audit results into the EHS systems and track KPI trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams in safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison with OSHA and other regulators and manage outside agencies.
• Oversee annual safety programs, equipment compliance, and permit reviews.
• Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain first aid facilities and ensure staff receive timely care.
