Job summary

Yanfeng seeks an EHS Professional to support the implementation of YF iOS and YFIMS, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations in a manufacturing environment. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations and training to minimize injuries and environmental impact.

Your duties include audits, incident reporting, hazard analysis, contractor safety, and emergency response coordination, with travel to sites as needed. A strong knowledge of ISO 45001 is essential.

Qualifications

• Some college with an EHS focus.
• 1–3 years of experience in general EHS.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and plants.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety, fire, and environmental risk assessments.
• Define controls to reduce risks and exposure.
• Lead waste and chemical stream management.
• Enter incidents into the EHSIS system and track audit results.
• Conduct accident investigations and drive root-cause analysis.
• Provide EHS training to plant personnel and contractors.
• Coordinate EHS audits and prepare for corporate ISO/audits.
