Job summary

Muller, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program. You will ensure OSHA, DOT, FMCSA compliance and drive a strong safety culture across all operations.

The role includes managing the EHS database, training programs, incident investigations, and safety reporting, while coordinating with project teams and site personnel to improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA and construction safety regulations.
• Experience managing safety programs within construction or heavy civil industries preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the company EHS program and compliance framework.
• Lead safety meetings, trainings, toolbox talks, and incident response activities.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare project safety documentation (AHA/JHA, exposure controls) and conduct periodic site visits.
