Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners, an MRINetwork franchise, seeks a Safety Specialist to support on-site projects installing material handling and automation equipment at client sites in Boise and Phoenix. You will drive EHS safety improvements during equipment installation and maintenance, aiming to optimize safety outcomes for both customers and the company.

The role requires willingness to travel up to 90% (domestic and some international) with a strong safety mindset, excellent driving record,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in safety, preferably with large-scale equipment.
• Experience in development and implementation of environmental, safety, and health programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating the installation site safety plan.
• Maintain safety plan documents and ensure inspections are completed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Coach and train Safety Department personnel; monitor performance.
