Lindt USA is seeking a Safety Intern in Stratham, NH, to gain hands-on Environmental, Health and Safety experience in a consumer goods manufacturing setting. You will analyze data to reduce injuries, assess hazards, and support safety programs with a mentor during a 12-week Lindternship.

Responsibilities include reviewing safety procedures, conducting audits, supporting the Safety Committee, and leading improvement initiatives focused on risk reduction and sustainability.

Competenze

• Proficiency with a computer and MS software.
• Experience implementing safety standards preferred.
• Experience leading lean manufacturing improvement initiatives preferred.

Mansioni

• Review and revise environmental and safety programs and procedures.
• Perform relevant inspections and audits.
• Respond to EHS incidents and participate in investigations.
• Identify and correct safety and health deficiencies.
• Update chemical and hazardous materials inventory.
• Participate in the Safety Committee and train members on topics.
• Lead an improvement initiative using Risk Reduction or Accident Reduction routes.
• Lead Environment/Sustainability improvement initiatives.
