Watts Water Technologies is offering an internship within its Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team at facilities in Menomonee Falls and Germantown, WI. You will support safety initiatives, gain hands-on experience identifying hazards, and work with cross-functional teams to promote a safe workplace.

The role reports to the Safety, Health & Environmental Specialist and requires a current student pursuing a related degree, strong communication, and a passion for safety.

Formación

• Current student (sophomore, junior or senior).
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Occupational and Environmental Safety & Health or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and independently solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Passion for workplace safety and meaningful contribution.
• Commitment to integrity, respect and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with reviewing and updating the LOTO program to support safety and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, document, and resolve safety concerns raised by production employees.
• Participate in monthly safety audits and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Conduct weekly environmental inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulations compliance.
• Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA) initiatives in manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on safety during moves and layout changes.
• Assist with employee safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Travel between Menomonee Falls and Germantown facilities as needed.
• Document safety observations and manage assigned projects.
