Hankook Tire Co. in Clarksville, TN, seeks a Unit Manager to lead the Health & Safety Unit within the EHS Team.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate policies, procedures, and staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws and to maintain a safe, environmentally sound workplace. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in an EHS manufacturing setting, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of related experience as an EHS professional in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Function as lead advocate for Safety Always culture and support safety excellence.
• Execute EHS objectives to ensure full compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and develop Health & Safety staff; assess performance and assign projects.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies and compliance tracking systems.
• Coordinate regulatory submittals, permit applications, and related correspondence.
• Lead audits and drive remediation of findings and preventive actions.
• Maintain emergency response procedures and incident investigations.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification efforts.
• Lead plant safety committees and supervise related activities.
