Job summary

Hankook Tire Co. is seeking a Safe Work Senior Specialist to act as the site’s technical authority for machine safety, LOTO integrity, safe work operations, and high-risk project oversight.

You will ensure OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and state regulations compliance while leading LOTO, guarding, and commissioning efforts across the plant. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in EHS within manufacturing, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs including LOTO and machine safeguarding compliance.
• Oversee contractor safety management and high-risk work permits.
• Conduct PPE and safe work practice trainings.
• Perform incident investigations and close out corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance on safety design and commissioning.
