Job summary

You will lead a maintenance team, drive safety, and collaborate with operations to align production with maintenance priorities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance/engineering, with 2-4 years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or engineering field required.
• 4+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance/engineering experience; 2-4 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and operational excellence in plant equipment and personnel.
• Support maintenance strategy, processes and procedures to optimize uptime.
• Develop maintenance team skills and succession for day and night shifts.
• Coordinate with operations to align production schedules with maintenance priorities.
• Manage maintenance budgeting and spending, including capital expenditures.
• Produce written reports and presentations; perform root cause analysis.
• Lead and coach a high‑performing maintenance team and improve OEE.
