Hankook Tire Co. seeks a Shift Safety Specialist to lead on-shift safety for a 24/7 manufacturing campus. You will provide real-time safety guidance, manage incident reporting, and support LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs.

This role aims to improve safety culture and achieve shift KPIs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 1+ year EHS experience in manufacturing, along with strong English communication skills and knowledge of safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in safety leadership and incident response is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety on shift and support safe operations across TP campus.
• Respond to safety concerns, manage incident reporting and submissions.
• Support LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, and hazard identification activities.
• Coordinate audits and drive remediation of findings and safety improvements.
• Promote Safety Always culture and drive shift-level safety KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety laws and standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance leadership to reduce risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
