You will conduct investigations, inspections, and risk assessments, ensure OSHA compliance, and develop corrective actions while coordinating safety training for personnel and supporting plant-wide safety

Qualifications

• Experience in safety engineering and EHS programs.
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
• Experience delivering safety training to employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and analyze workplace conditions that may contribute to injuries, incidents, or operational risk.
• Conduct safety investigations, workplace inspections, and building inspections; recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state OSHA standards, safety regulations, reporting requirements, and internal safety procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver employee safety training related to ergonomics, hazardous materials, PPE, emergency procedures, CPR/First Aid, AED, material handling, and Right‑to‑Know topics.
• Maintain safety manuals, required records, regulatory reports, and documentation related to inspections, incidents, injuries, and fatalities.
• Support waste management, hazardous waste processes, environmental programs, and safety coordination with remote facilities.
