Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) specialist to drive incident investigations, support engineering and manufacturing teams, and help build a safe, high-performance culture as Terran R advances.

You will review risk assessments, perform JHAs, ensure OSHA compliance, and deliver EHS training while using Excel and Office tools to document findings. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Sciences.
• 2+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental requirements.
• Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), field inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Experience delivering EHS training and proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Providing EHS support to departments across the site, including engineers, specialists, and technicians.
• Drive initiatives that foster a positive safety culture.
• Partnering with the team to create and review risk assessments, such as JHAs.
• Preparing and providing support for EHS-related activities and documentation.
