Job summary

You will lead incident investigations, maintain SDS and safety records, and coordinate workers' compensation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS) or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and update health, safety, and environmental programs and documentation.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain safety training programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations via audits and reporting.
• Maintain environmental regulatory compliance for waste management.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and safety systems.
• Lead investigations and reporting of injuries, near misses, and incidents; coordinate follow-up actions.
• Manage Workers' Compensation claims administration and OSHA records.
