Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an EHS professional to advance our environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations in Kentucky. You will lead hazard analyses, incident investigations, and compliance activities while coaching teams to improve safety culture and performance.

The role requires 2–4 years of EHS experience and strong communication skills. You will interact with operations leaders to close gaps and ensure rigorous reporting and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing and implementing EHS programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive projects to completion with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of daily operational requirements and proactively improve EHS culture and safety.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations across locations.
• Support EHS management systems and SIF prevention programs through training and awareness.
• Provide guidance on hazard identification, housekeeping, inspections, and incident reporting.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations with documentation and follow-up.
