Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks an EHS professional to lead local programs at the Anderson facility. You will plan and manage initiatives to protect workers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of safety. You will coordinate training, maintain safety records, and support continuous improvement through data‑driven actions.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, operations, and L&D to build risk controls, perform audits, and advance Vertiv's safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehousing operations.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to develop and implement training, audits, and risk controls.
• Proven communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Smartsheet for data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage local EHS programs and initiatives.
• Promote a safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate EHS training with Learning and Development.
• Maintain SDS, JSA, and ergonomic assessments records.
• Maintain incident logs in compliance with OSHA and Vertiv.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Monitor EHS metrics and KPIs and report findings.
• Assist with vendor and contractor safety alignment on site.
