Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an EHS Specialist II to implement occupational safety and health activities, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. You will develop and administer EHS programs, lead incident investigations, and facilitate training for facility personnel while adhering to OSHA and EPA requirements.

In this hands-on role, you will work with multiple departments to maintain compliance calendars, support risk assessments, and input data into safety management

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant EHS experience.
• Proficiency with Benchmark or similar safety software.
• Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and administering EHS programs, procedures, and work instructions.
• Leading incident investigations using root cause analysis.
• Maintaining compliance calendars for all regulatory requirements.
• Providing training to employees and contractors on safety topics.
• Reporting hazards and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinating with facilities, HR, and manufacturing teams on EHS matters.
