Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. seeks an experienced EHS professional to develop and maintain policies and programs across warehousing and manufacturing operations in Minnesota.

You will perform on-site inspections, support incident investigations, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance. The role emphasizes training, risk assessment, incident root cause analyses, and collaboration with multiple teams to implement corrective actions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct routine onsite inspections of warehousing and manufacturing operations.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions; verify effectiveness.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory agencies on investigations and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards including HazCom, PPE, EAP, Fire, Forklift, LOTO, and Bloodborne pathogens.
• Maintain OSHA injury/illness records and SDS management access.
• Assist with DOT hazardous materials shipping compliance and documentation.
• Deliver EHS awareness and training programs and build cross-site collaboration.
