Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group in California is seeking an experienced EHS and Quality Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and quality programs across manufacturing facilities. You will develop and maintain the EHS and Quality Management Systems, ensure regulatory compliance, drive incident investigations, CAPA, and training, and partner with operations to reduce risk and improve product quality.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in EHS/QA in manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; experience in EHS, QA, or both in manufacturing.
• Proven track record implementing and maintaining quality systems and audits.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/Cal/OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience leading CAPA, MRB, and supplier quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the EHS and QMS across GWPG facilities.
• Lead audits, investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership to reduce risk and defects.
• Deliver training and maintain documentation, records, and compliance reporting.
