Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Keene, NH, seeks an Environmental Health Safety and Quality Coordinator to support ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 programs and customer quality contracts. You will coordinate audits, manage QHSE documents, perform internal audits, and drive continuous improvement across global and site levels.

Travel 4–6 times per year; collaborate with cross-functional teams; leverage JIRA and SAP to ensure compliance and excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, EHS, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline.
  • Experience applying ISO9001/14001/45001 standards and internal audit processes.
  • Strong documentation control and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and BRC certification programs and internal/external audits.
  • Manage global EHS and Quality documents, forms, and records.
  • Review audit reports and track corrective actions using action plans.
  • Lead responses to customer questionnaires and quality agreements.
  • Provide on-site EHS support and perform risk assessments; develop JSA where needed.

You will support different projects and will manage a variety of daily tasks and be responsible for EHS floor support in the Keene location.Job Responsibilities:The Environmental Health Safety and Quality Coordinator oversees compliance of our Quality Systems and EHS systems with corporate policies, ensuring compliance with Global Standards, Dover requirements, and customer requirements.Main job responsibilities are to support the overall implementation of the systems management processes, the Quality and EHS documents, execution of the annual internal and external audit programs, the resolution of non-conformities and customer satisfaction for the Questionnaires or Customer Quality Contracts.· Manage global EHS and Quality, Document and Forms Control.· Support writing and revising global EHS and Quality documents.· Review internal audit reports, enter data into JIRA, follow up action plans (PACTS).· Perform internal audits. in compliance with global audit plans· Coordinate ISO9001,4001,45001 & BRC certification program (Management of Reviews, audits, improvement action plans). Contribute to global program (ISO 9001 & BRC).· Customer Requests: Prepare the answers to Customer Questionnaire request. Lead the process for complex Customer Questionnaire and Quality Agreement requests, coordinating actions from defining which experts must provide the answers to the validation and signature process management before answering to customers. Lead the process of coordinating Customer audit requests from request acceptation to the audit realization and the follow up of the action plan.· Perform various assessments, audits, trainings, root cause analysis, and reports related to QHSE programs and policies, as well as enforce all legal and customer requirements.· Support the proactive safety culture driven by engagement programs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization locally and globally.· Develop and implement QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities and develop JSA (job safety analysis)Job responsibilities will be shared between Global Quality Systems, Environmental Health Safety activities (50%), Keene Quality Systems and EHS activities 50% site EHS support Traveling 4-6 times per year is anticipated.Job Qualifications:· Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, EHS, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline with 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS-Systems preferred· Knowledge of PDCA, process approach and risk management· Previous experience with the ability to explain and apply ISO9001,14001, 45001; Food safety experience will be a plus.· General knowledge of EHS, OSHA, EPA and applicable international Laws· Previous experience with audit process· Proven experience of problem solving /incident investigation tools (5 Whys, cause analysis/troubleshooting tree, 8D problem solving, REX)· Previous experience with project management and LEAN tools· Knowledge of rules for drafting technical documents and document management· Experience working with international teams, preferred.· Proficient in MS office suite,· Experience working with JIRA & SAP· Knowledge of risk management tools and practices· Autonomous, structured, rigorous and results focused with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
