Job summary

Mega Cloud Lab is seeking an EHS Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale EHS/ESG technology implementations in Fremont, CA. You will own scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance for multi-workstream programs in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

The role requires 8–12 years in EHS consulting or delivery leadership, with hands-on Intelex/Enhesa experience, and strong stakeholder management at VP/C-suite level. PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in EHS consulting, EHS technology programme delivery, or enterprise transformation project management, with at least 4 years in a client-facing PM or delivery lead role.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream EHS/ESG technology implementation programmes ($1M+ budget) on time and within scope.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms — particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa — including the ability to review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans.
• Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Proven experience managing and developing cross-functional teams of 5+ resources spanning onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations (EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, Reg 851/90).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenter to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.
• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required.
• Experience working in or delivering EHS services to a semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing enterprise is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
