Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an EHS Programs & Planning Manager to oversee EHS management systems, performance reporting, and governance processes across the enterprise. Reporting to the VP, EHS, you will drive program adoption, training, and employee engagement while strengthening our safety culture.

Responsibilities include admin of EHS systems, incident reporting, emergency planning, and leadership of a small EHS team; a Bachelor’s in analytics or related field and 5+ years in EHS are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant and progressive EHS/ Emergency response experience in retail, oil & gas, or terminal operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Science, Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs, analytics, reporting systems, or environmental compliance initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting tools; experience with data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS management information systems, compliance management, reporting platforms, and document repositories; generate and track EHS performance metrics, dashboards, and trend analyses.
• Manage all aspects of emergency planning programs (FRP, SPCC, Hazardous Substance Plans) and coordinate plan updates; supervise IMT qualifications and contractor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct report(s); set goals and performance expectations; drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with EHS leadership to establish department standards, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration; coordinate learning and development initiatives.
