Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an EHS Professional to join our team in Cary, NC. The role focuses on developing and improving EHS processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering training across the organization.

You will plan project rollouts, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate audits with regulators and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of EHS experience (or a Master’s degree entry level), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of EHS experience or Master’s degree entry level.
  • Experience implementing and supporting EHS programs, processes, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve EHS processes, methods, and programs.
  • Plan and execute EHS project rollouts while tracking milestones.
  • Monitor compliance with EHS standards across assigned organizations.
  • Prepare internal and external EHS compliance and regulatory reports.
  • Track changes in environmental, health, and safety laws and recommend policy updates.
  • Support internal and external EHS audits.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain relationships with external authorities.
  • Deliver EHS training to employees and management.
  • Stay current with regional, state, and local EHS regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuous compliance initiatives.
