Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of OSHA 1910 and 1926.
• Broad knowledge of processes, procedures, systems within own job function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs for suitability and changes.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Serve as SME to staff and internal customers.
• Oversee playbooks and procedures to ensure current and effective implementation.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Resolve complex problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• May establish new techniques to meet objectives.
• Impact team and related teams' objectives; ensure positive customer outcomes.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
