BorgWarner Arden campus is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental policy development and training across our facilities in Arden, NC. The role focuses on reducing injuries, promoting safety culture, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Health & Safety or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and CSP/ISO 14001 experience. The position offers strong benefits and a focus on employee well-being and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or Safety Engineering; 5+ years of relevant manufacturing health & safety experience.
• CSP certification preferred; ISO 14001 experience preferred.
• Proactive work experience with employee relations, policy development, training and organizational development, and federal/state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs and procedures to reduce occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Promotes health and safety awareness through communications and programs.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
