Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological, Environmental, or Health and Safety Sciences, or 3-5 years in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• OSHA/EPA regulations knowledge and related safety training credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote environmental, health, and safety programs and policies to promote a safe work environment and reduce occupational incidents.
• Coordinate incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and conduct training on industrial safety, industrial hygiene, emergency planning, and government regulations.
• Develop and integrate waste management, minimization, and recycling programs.
• Provide emergency response oversight and proper storage of chemicals and maintain safety documentation.
• Support Facilities/Maintenance teams and safety committees.
