Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Able to learn product/technical information.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations or Plant Manager with scheduling, inventory, and purchasing of raw materials and supplies.
• Analyze capacity planning and material requirements against sales orders.
• Issue production schedules to plants to ensure on-time delivery.
• Advise on shipping information and delivery dates.
• Maintain communication with production and purchasing on material status.
