Job summary

Google is seeking an EHS NPI Technical Program Manager in San Francisco to drive safety and ergonomic risk mitigation across the hardware product lifecycle for data center deployments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience working in product design, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Experience in product/hardware platform design safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership for new hardware products, implementing mitigations to ensure safety.
• Coordinate equipment reviews with cross-functional teams for risk mitigation.
• Review incidents with teams to evaluate risk mitigation options.
• Manage and report risk and mitigation data to partners and stakeholders.
• Travel 15-20% as needed.
