Job summary

Google is seeking an EHS NPI Technical Program Manager in Addison, TX to lead safety integration for new hardware in data centers. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, data quality troubleshooting and problem solving skills, outstanding collaboration and project management skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Data driven problem-solving skills and ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze large complex data sets to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations.

As an EHS NPI Technical Program Manager, you will proactively review product designs at all stages of development, identify potential safety hazards and ergonomic risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective mitigation measures. The primary objective is to minimize the risk of safety incidents and promote the well-being of end-users by integrating safety and ergonomic considerations into the product development lifecycle. Evaluate new data center hardware for employee hazards to servers, racks, tools and related infrastructure, coordinating equipment changes with cross-functional teams to enable risk mitigation across the product life cycle.
