Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of health, safety, and environmental programs for a new manufacturing operation in Houston. You will collaborate with Plant Managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ.

• Advanced degree in safety, fire safety, or environment.
• 5+ years' manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience managing people and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve environmental and safety programs.
• Develop policies and procedures for the facility's health and safety.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations.
• Coordinate audits and incident investigations.
• Prepare annual safety and environmental reports.
