Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of safety leadership, and are prepared to obtain professional EHS certification within three years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and EHS knowledge.
• 3+ years leading safety programs with continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain professional EHS certification within 3 years.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, health, and environmental excellence with site leadership.
• Implement and standardize Safety Management System across the site.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local EHS requirements.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment and injury elimination efforts.
• Conduct facility audits and close corrective actions timely.
