Job summary

Ditch Witch, a premier division of The Toro Company, Perry, Oklahoma, seeks an EHS Manager to lead daily safety operations and develop robust EHS programs. The role requires interpreting and enforcing regulations across the site, driving a zero-harm culture, and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• 3+ years leading and building comprehensive safety programs with evidence of continuous improvement.
• Applicable EHS certificate preferred and ability to obtain certification within 3 years.
• Strong manufacturing business acumen and familiarity with manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, health, and environmental excellence with site leadership.
• Implement and standardize Safety Management System across the region.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS requirements.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and injury elimination efforts.
• Oversee regulatory programs and training needs; drive continuous improvement.
• Establish EHS goals and track metrics; conduct facility audits.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage regulatory inspections and related documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on equipment and facilities.
