Job summary

ITW Pro Brands is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for our Easton, MD site. You will lead the environmental, health, and safety function in alignment with ITW policies and regulatory requirements.

You will develop OSHA programs, monitor hazardous-chemical handling, conduct safety training, and drive continuous improvement. Travel up to 10% to support cross-functional EHS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Minimum of 5 years EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years managing hazardous chemicals (monitoring, labeling, SDS).
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification.
• Experience delivering EHS programs and safety training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety data systems.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and work with hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders on EHS priorities aligned to business goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Develop and administer OSHA programs (PIT, Fall Protection, LOTO, Machine Guarding, HazCom).
• Maintain site safety program consistent with ITW Enterprise Safety Strategy Framework.
• Develop and report EHS metrics (leading and lagging indicators).
• Manage chemical exposure monitoring and SDS processes.
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions with leadership.
• Coordinate safety trainings for new hires and temporary workers.
• Participate in risk-reduction initiatives and incident investigations.
• Support workers’ compensation and behavioral safety in partnership with HR.
• Assist with capital projects from an EHS perspective; travel up to 10%.
