• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience within heavy manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success leading safety culture transformation and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations (air, water, hazardous materials).

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations (air, water, hazardous materials)
• Effective leader with excellent communication, influencing, and team development skills; certifications (CSP, CIH, etc.) preferred
