Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager for our manufacturing site in Rochester Township, PA. The role drives safety, health, and environmental excellence by developing programs and ensuring regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and other authorities.

You will lead site EHS training, manage the EHS Management System, and partner with teams to foster a strong safety culture while achieving VPP objectives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental, health and safety.
• At least ten years of experience in environmental, health and safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and health training programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead site EHS training.
• Manage the EHS Management System.
• Conduct inspections and investigations to minimize losses and environmental releases.
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting (OSHA, EPA).
• Foster a positive safety culture and floor presence.
• Act as liaison with federal, state, and local agencies.
