Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an EH&S Manager for our Elyria, OH site. Lead an EHS program, drive world-class safety performance, and coordinate audits to ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in environmental science and significant manufacturing EHS experience.

You’ll deliver training, manage industrial hygiene activities, and interface with regulatory agencies while supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in heavy manufacturing with EHS program implementation.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and audit EHS programs to meet OSHA/EPA/regulatory standards.
• Deliver EHS training and incident prevention.
• Coordinate industrial hygiene surveys and ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 conformance.
