Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero‑incident safety culture at our Kansas manufacturing plant. You will lead EHS policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with operations to embed best practices in daily production.

The role reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Director, EHS, and requires strong English communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of safety leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related program or 4 years of experience in an EHS role.
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations and compliance program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the implementation of EHS policies and programs in the plant.
• Champion local Safety Pillar team and drive continuous improvement of safety culture.
• Oversee OSHA, EPA and regulatory compliance including hearing conservation, respiratory protection, and hazard communication.
• Lead incident investigations with corrective actions and track trends for root causes.
• Provide training materials and EHS support to plant leadership and staff.
