Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking an experienced Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero‑incident safety culture at our manufacturing plant. You will implement EHS policies, oversee OSHA and EPA compliance, and lead risk assessments and incident investigations.

You will work closely with operations and engineering to improve safety and environmental performance, while ensuring GMP food safety practices and regulatory adherence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related field or equivalent experience
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and compliance programs
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead implementation of EHS policies and programs in the manufacturing plant
• Champion safety culture and continuous improvement across sites
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory requirements and conduct risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions; track trends and root causes
• Prepare training materials and support plant leadership with day-to-day EHS needs
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve efficiency while reducing compliance costs
