A global aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to support a key production facility in the Harrodsburg, KY area. This role will focus on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding EHS best practices into daily operations. This person will be tasked with leading site-wide EHS programs while partnering cross‑functionally to enable safe, efficient, and continuous production. The Role:

• Lead and continuously improve the site’s environmental, health, and safety management systems in line with regulatory and corporate standards
• Drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable local regulations, including permitting, reporting, and inspections
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action programs
• Integrate EHS into daily operations, including performance metrics, leadership routines, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage contractor safety programs and support capital projects with strong EHS input, including change management processes

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, environmental, or manufacturing-related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 2+ years leadership experience / managing a team
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA) and EHS management systems such as ISO 14001
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, solve complex problems, and implement sustainable safety programs
