Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications as required by local government.
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills; ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Identify programs meeting regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate existing programs for suitability and changes.
• Maintain plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area.
• Serve as an Environmental Health and Safety resource to staff and internal customers.
• Observe opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing quality of services.
• Apply knowledge of standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus aligned with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Operate within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
