Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee workplace safety programs across our manufacturing and industrial sites. You will ensure OSHA compliance, lead inspections, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.

You will implement and manage EHS systems such as VelocityEHS, conduct root cause analyses, train leaders, and partner with operations to reduce incidents and conserve resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Safety Manager or EHS leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and regulatory interactions.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Experience implementing VelocityEHS or similar EHS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence managers and drive safety accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and policies.
• Lead OSHA inspections, regulatory negotiations, settlements, and corrective actions.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses; implement preventive measures.
• Manage workers' compensation programs and injury prevention initiatives.
• Provide safety training and coaching to employees and leadership.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across facilities.
