Job summary

Denison Industries is seeking an Environment Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across three facilities in Denison, TX. The role focuses on proactive compliance, technical support for operations, and development of site-wide EHS initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, and strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills to drive safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities.
• High level knowledge of state and federal regulatory standards (Texas).
• 3–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine monitoring for employee health and environmental issues.
• Manage environmental programs (SWPPP, SPCC) and environmental committees.
• Conduct inspections for regulatory compliance and write EHS programs.
• Coordinate health/safety training and maintain records.
• Perform internal EHS audits and incident investigations.
• Develop EHS objectives and action plans for improvement.
