GEON Performance Solutions is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for the Terre Haute, IN facility. The role oversees safety, health, and environmental compliance across site operations and supports emergency response activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to translate customer needs into safety solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel infrequently.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate safety, health, and environmental compliance programs.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate EHS compliance in operations.
• Lead Emergency Response planning and training.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for safety hazards.
• Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Chairs Safety Committee meetings and maintains WSIB claim administration.
• Coordinate with local fire departments and government agencies on site safety.
• Direct building and process systems maintenance projects.
• Provide reports and safety metrics to management.
