Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety.
• Experience with workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure OSHA compliance including 29 CFR 1910.
• Conduct safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead JHAs, risk assessments, and hazard evaluations.
• Maintain OSHA records, logs, and regulatory reports.
• Provide employee training and oversee incident investigations.
• Promote safety culture with management and shop-floor staff.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed.
